Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
The submitted article has not been published partially or totally, nor submitted to another journal; the similarity percentage is below 20% (excluding references), declared at the end of the article (or similarity detection pending); if the authors do not express or infringe with similarity between 20% to 50% may not publish for two years following the infringed, for similarities greater than 50% may not publish in this Journalfor similarities greater than 50% may not publish in this Journal.
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format; including tables or figures (if necessary) where applicable, and in total less than three editable in Word or JPG.

References are preferably with DOI or valid URL addresses; more than 50% from the last 4 years and obtained from Scopus. The title approximately 15 words, structured abstract, and approximately 7 keywords in English and three languages. Articles in Arial 11, single-spaced, 2.5 cm on all margins, justified, without spaces at the beginning of paragraphs.

The first page: names of co-authors, ORCID, affiliation, and contact information of the corresponding author; a structured abstract (Introduction, Objective, Methodology, Results, Conclusions/Contributions) of 120 to 130 words in Spanish and English. From the second page onward, expand the abstract structure. At the end of the article, include References (research references, approximately 18). After submission to the journal, the corresponding author declares responsibility for the information presented in the article and the contributions of each author (if omitted, contributions are assumed to be equitable). Notify if, after two months (maximum publication time), the article has not been published; if, after 15 days from submission, communications regarding format or style changes are not answered, agreement with the decision of acceptance and publication of the article in APA style is assumed.
- They submit their article through the platform, exceptionally via email; since 2024, a maximum of 4 authors per article, more than 4: when warranted; optionally, also register as reviewers with updated ORCID (subject to evaluation, for the double-blind review mode). Less than 14% of articles submitted annually: by the same authors and self-citations within the same article. Authors have reviewed, among other information: The Articles, from this journal.
