Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) in education transforms information management, pedagogical practices, and human interactions among teachers.
Objective: To reflect on the humanized integration of AI, informational equity, and inclusive teaching for teacher well-being, considering language as the key to information management and human–technological interaction.
Methodology: A qualitative approach was employed focusing on soft skills, multilingualism, and human relations to promote employability and professional development.
Reflective development: Mastery of English, Chinese, and Portuguese enhances AI management, facilitating knowledge acquisition, critical thinking, and resilience for technological adaptation. Soft skills such as empathy and collaborative work optimize well-being and professional performance.
Conclusions/contributions: Multilingualism promotes the humanized integration of AI, fostering informational equity and inclusive teaching for sustainable educational innovation and teacher well-being.
