The Educational Hierarchy and Pedagogical-Productive Management in university teachers faces a series of institutional problems because teachers are immersed in abundant protocol activities and coordination meetings on accreditations, university licenses and others of an administrative nature, leaving the productive function .
Pedagogical-productive management is a fundamental tool so that university teachers can carry out their work efficiently and effectively. This management allows us to improve the quality of learning, increase student motivation, optimize teachers' time, encourage research and innovation, and promote collaboration between teachers.
The present research is of a correlational descriptive type, it was developed in 1 Peruvian universities, where two variables were related, in these institutions we will measure the variables Educational hierarchy and Pedagogical-productive management in teachers to define the existence of a relationship between the variables.
This research was developed with a quantitative approach. Non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample for this study was made up of 30 teachers from public universities, surveyed during the year 2022.
The existence of the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.741 was determined, indicating the existence of high correlation between variables, it is concluded that: there is this significant relationship between the Educational Hierarchy and pedagogical-productive management in university teachers, during the year 2022.
