Abstract

To relate Transparency in public management with citizen participation to the variable Strategic planning with organizational learning for results-based management; Objective: To determine the relationship between Transparency in public management with citizen participation and Strategic planning with organizational learning for results-based management. Method: Transparency in public management, citizen participation and open government were fundamental, based on the contributions of various authors and international organizations. The sample of this study was composed of 82 municipal officials with higher or university studies, selected by non-probabilistic sampling, during the last bimester of the year 2023.Conclusion: A highly significant relationship was found between Transparency in Governance with Citizen Participation; with the variable of Strategic Planning with Organizational Learning during the year 2023
