Abstract

The research titled: Emotional balance and problem-solving strategies in the staff of a municipality, year 2019, aimed to determine the relationship between these variables, carried out with a type of applied study, the total staff was taken as a base, being 84 professionals, non-probabilistic, intentional, census sample, with design: non-experimental and scope: correlational, using the hypothetical deductive method with a survey technique aimed at the staff of a municipality in 2019, the reliability of the instruments with high values was indicated. . was determined. Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient, then with Spearman's Rho correlation statistic, very high correlations were obtained between emotional balance and problem-solving strategies in the staff of a municipality, year 2019; The relationship is significant, with a very high Spearman's Rho correlation of 0.94. It is also perceived that the most emotionally balanced personnel are not those who are usually emotionally cheerful, but those who are usually serene.
