Abstract

This research titled Administrative management and teaching practice in the public Educational Institution of Lima, 2020; Its general objective is to determine the relationship between managerial management and teaching performance of the public educational system of Lima, 2020. The research is of an applied type, quantitative approach, non-experimental, correlational, and transversal level. In this work, the sample is made up of 30 teachers, the census sample and the non-probabilistic sampling. Two instruments were used, both questionnaires have been previously validated through expert judgment and show an adequate level of reliability. After analyzing the results we can conclude that the level of correlation that exists between the management variables and teaching performance is 0.636, which shows us that there is a moderate positive correlation between the aforementioned variables. Having a significance of p-value = 0.000, which being less than α = 0.05, rejects the null hypothesis and accepts the researcher's hypothesis H1: In this case there is a significant relationship between managerial management and teaching performance in public education. from Lima, 2020
